Communication

 

Employee buy-in is vital for a successful scheme. This can only be achieved following successful communication of the nature and structure of the scheme to employee participants and what this means to them. We will design and implement a communication policy that:

  1. help your employees understand the nature of the scheme;
  2. manage expectations about timing and amount of cash payouts;
  3. understand the basics of financial literacy and employee trust terms;
  4. understand the responsibilities of trustees.

 

Building trust by getting your employees to understand the benefits is what ultimately lends all-important credibility and confidence to the initiative.

 

To achieve our objectives we will make use of a communications campaign that can include a corporate video explaining the scheme, FAQ booklets with the scheme rules, and facilitated sessions with both key influencers and the employees in small groups.

 

This communication is provided in the required vernacular and the use of story and parable is used to convey the positive financial messages and communicate fairly complicated financial concepts. Our approach is to use the opportunity to help promote a culture of saving and asset accumulation amongst the participants.
